Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Designer cum Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visual content and crafting engaging copy across multiple platforms, including digital media, social channels, and print. This role requires a strong eye for design, proficiency in multimedia tools, and the ability to produce captivating content that aligns with our brand’s identity.
📍 Location: Sunway Putra Tower, Kuala Lumpur
Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design:
- Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print use, such as social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Create visual assets that enhance the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency in style, format, and tone.
- Conceptualized and produced infographics, icons, and illustrations, effectively communicating complex information.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce mock-ups, layouts, and prototypes.
• Content Creation:
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, newsletters, and social media copy.
- Design and implement content strategies relevant to target audiences and aligned with the brand’s voice.
- Create engaging video content, including animation, motion graphics, and short-form videos for social media.
- Develop visual and written content for presentations, websites, and other marketing campaigns.
• Collaboration & Marketing Sales Team
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet the expected quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand content needs and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills in English [or specify preferred language].
- Familiarity with social media management tools and content management systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in animation and motion graphics.
- Basic understanding of HTML and web design principles.
- Ability to create content in multiple languages (if applicable).
- Strong research skills and an eye for detail.
