BIM Training Admin

Job Description

📍 Location: Sunway Putra Tower, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist trainers in organizing and scheduling in-house training sessions.
  2. Manage participant registration and attendance tracking for all training programs.
  3. Prepare training materials, manuals, and digital content for sessions.
  4. Maintain a training library and documentation for safekeeping and accessibility.
  5. Communicate with participants to provide pre- and post-training support.
  6. Gather feedback and compile evaluations to improve training programs.
  7. Provide general support for the team on BIM-related issues.
  8. Undertake additional duties as assigned to support training operations

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in Administration, Education, or a relevant field, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and training management systems.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all organizational levels.
  4. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  5. Willingness to travel and possess own transport..
