BIM Training Admin
Job Description
📍 Location: Sunway Putra Tower, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Assist trainers in organizing and scheduling in-house training sessions.
- Manage participant registration and attendance tracking for all training programs.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and digital content for sessions.
- Maintain a training library and documentation for safekeeping and accessibility.
- Communicate with participants to provide pre- and post-training support.
- Gather feedback and compile evaluations to improve training programs.
- Provide general support for the team on BIM-related issues.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned to support training operations
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Administration, Education, or a relevant field, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and training management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all organizational levels.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and possess own transport..
