Position : FINANCE OFFICER
Location:
Sunway Putra Tower, Kuala Lumpur
Requirements:
- Assist with daily financial transactions including payments, receipts and petty cash
- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices and supporting documents
- Perform basic bank reconciliations and update accounting records
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and proofs of payment
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assist in monthly financial reports and data entry
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in resolving discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and finance procedures
Educational Background & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 0–2 years of working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
